About

The idea is straight-forward:

We hold an exhibition of the local Dalston community, locally. Local people come and see what is going on and who is doing what in the area.

New contacts are made, business transactions set-up, neighbours meet.

If you want to get in touch to be part of the project contact the dalston project

We're the people putting this onspirit - we didn't like that.

So we had a think as to how we could change things - this is where the Dalston Project came to the fore. Something personal, community-centric and visual.

We hope it changes attitudes.

This is us:

Well, I live local. I have seen the darker and lighter sides to Ridley Road and have met lots of people building this exhibition including a Reverend who has to fend off his church from people trying to shoot out his stained glass. I'm in this because my mates hate Dalston and I'm proving that there is more to it than meets the eye.
